| ah | hold hands in prayer position in front of the heart chakra |
| tu | stretch both hands out in front of you, taking the energy from your heart forward |
| ma | raise hands and hold in prayer position in fromt of you above the third eye level, bringing your heart energy upwards |
| su | stretch out your hands heavenwards and offer your heart energy to the angels |
| oh | link the thumb and forefinger of each hand individually, forming two circles, then with palms facing you, draw angelic energy down towards you to just above heart chakra level |
| towa | while singing towa ("tawa"), cup the angelic energy in your hands in front of your heart chakra, with palms facing upwards |
| at | fold the angelic energy into your heart centre, laying one hand on top of the other, before resuming the prayer position as you re-start the invocation |
